Este documento trata sobre el éxito que ha tenido, en el Ecuador, el cultivo de la palma africana, es motivo de satisfacción se ha convertido en un producto agro - industrial, pero motivo de preocupación para las autoridades de Salud pues el aceite contiene mas del 50% de ácidos grasos saturados.
